I help thriving women in leadership identify and address the impact of unresolved childhood trauma by empowering them to heal from within, gain an increase in mental clarity, and equip them to move forward to walk in total freedom with practical skills and renewed mindsets, allowing them to make healthy personal and professional decisions causing them to make an even greater impact in their respective spaces.

Group Sessions

The fee will allow for weekly trauma coaching sessions for (12) months

  • Weekly Q&A’s that address unresolved areas and provide resources and strategies that you can take with you

It is known that the road to trauma recovery takes on the path of the individual and the nature of the trauma each person experiences. The benefit of this space is that you are more than an individual. I want you to know firsthand that…I see you…I hear you…you matter…and more than laying out the map to your trauma recovery journey, I will walk hand-in-hand with you each step of the way. As a Certified Trauma Recovery and Mental Health Coach, I respect your journey. By assessing your needs, you have to tailor the specific path just right for you. Nefateri P Smalls Trauma Recovery leads every client to wholeness by providing printable PDFs, guided meditations, group courses, and literary resources that help you to become better mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. I am Life’s Coach and I will help you to win in every area of your life.
 
Yet, with all of the guidance extended, you must be willing to put in the necessary work.
 
If you are limited in your availability, you have the opportunity to take part in the impactful self-paced virtual courses, when offered, that allow you the same proven results as those who are taking part in one-on-one trauma recovery sessions or group trauma recovery sessions – you just get to do them at your own pace. LIVE Mastermind sessions are announced on much-needed topics relevant to trauma recovery via our Facebook and Instagram pages that create dialogue and conversations that hinder others from healing from their place of brokenness.
